Polyester fiber (i.e. polyester thread) is one of the common kite materials, with the following characteristics:

1. Wear resistance and durability

Polyester thread has excellent wear resistance and durability, suitable for flying large and medium-sized kites, especially stable performance in long-term use or high-intensity wind environments.

2. Material characteristics

Strength: Wear resistance superior to other fibers, able to withstand greater tensile forces, suitable for carrying heavier kites.  ‌

Wind resistance: It is not easy to break in strong winds and has good stability.  ‌

3. Applicable scenarios: Mostly used for large-scale kite making, such as traditional flat kites or environments that require frequent deployment and retraction.  ‌

When using polyester fiber kite string, attention should be paid to:

Choose open areas outside of traffic roads to release and avoid touching high-voltage lines or buildings.  ‌

Maintain a distance when retracting the thread to prevent the neck, fingers, and other areas from coming into contact with the taut thread.
